Utah Governor Signs Single Plate Bill Into Law

Victory in Utah! Governor Spencer Cox signed into law SAN-supported legislation (S.B. 45) to allow the display of only a single, rear-mounted license plate for all passenger vehicles. The bill also applies to personalized plates. Previously, vehicles were required to display two license plates. The new law will go into effect on January 1, 2025.
