Overview: The NJDEP Division of Parks and Forestry has published a SAN-opposed plan to close 200-miles of motorized vehicle trails at Wharton State Forest. The SAN believes that targeting legal vehicles won't solve illegal ATV/UTV use. In fact, it will hinder enforcement and impact responsible users.
