Overview: SAN-supported legislation (H.B. 1711) has been introduced in Pennsylvania that would allow the sale of limited edition 1950s- and 1960s-style heritage license plates. These plates would be available for all passenger cars or trucks with a gross weight less than 14,000 pounds, motorcycles, and motor homes for a $50 fee. If enacted into law, the bill would not impact the state’s current specialty license plate offerings.
