West Virginia Introduces Bill to Expand Eligibility for Military Vehicle Titling

Overview: Legislation (S.B. 479) has been introduced in West Virginia to allow for the registration of military surplus vehicles. Currently, antique vehicle registration is available for military surplus vehicles that are more than 25 years old and owned solely as collector’s items. This bill, a version of SEMA military vehicle model legislation, awaits consideration in the Senate Government Organization Committee.
