West Virginia Introduces SEMA-Model Inoperable Vehicle Legislation

Overview: SEMA-model legislation (H.B. 4047) has been introduced by West Virginia Delegate Gary Howell to protect the activities of automotive collectors from the implementation of unfair municipality or country ordinances.
