Overview: West Virginia H.B. 2338 provides antique military vehicles an exemption from the requirement to display license plates. This bill creates an alternative registration insignia that does not interfere with the traditional military markings on the vehicle. The bill passed the House and is currently awaiting consideration in the Senate Committee on Transportation and Infrastructure.
