West Virginia Reintroduces Bill to Aid the Construction of Motorsports Complexes

Overview: Legislation (S.B. 478) has been introduced in West Virginia to aid and incentivize the construction of motorsports complexes. The bill was introduced in the 2019 legislative session but failed to pass both houses of the legislature prior to the adjournment of the session. S.B. 478 awaits consideration in the Senate Economic Development Committee.
