Overview: Legislation (S.B. 171) has been introduced in West Virginia to exempt vehicles 25 years old and older from the current personal property tax. The bill passed the Senate Transportation and Infrastructure Committee and has been referred to the Senate Finance Committee, where it currently awaits consideration.
