UPDATE: West Virginia Bill to Aid the Construction of Motorsports Complexes Passes Committee; Moves to New Committee

Overview: SAN-supported legislation (S.B. 478) has been introduced in West Virginia to aid and incentivize the construction of motorsports complexes. The bill was introduced in the 2019 legislative session but failed to pass both houses of the legislature prior to the adjournment of the session. S.B. 478 passed the Senate Economic Development Committee and awaits consideration in the Senate Finance Committee.
