Utah Bill to Ease Window Tinting Restrictions Dies as Legislature Adjourns
Legislation (S.B. 102) allowing window tinting that met the minimum standard of twenty-five percent light transmittance died as the legislature adjourned. It would have eliminated the current strict standard of 43% light transmittance. The bill passed committee but failed to receive a vote on the Senate floor.
