Oklahoma Bill to Create Titling for HUMVEES Passes House; Moves to Senate

Overview: Legislation (H.B. 3317) allows for the titling of High-Mobility Multipurpose Vehicles. The bill would restrict these vehicles from traveling on Interstate Highways. Under current law, “HMMWV” vehicles are not able to be titled in the state. This bill passed the House and is currently in the Senate Appropriates Committee.
