Canadian Provinces Proclaim July 2024 as “Automotive Heritage Month”

Canada, rejoice!  Thanks to the efforts of the National Association of Automobile Clubs of Canada (NAACC), the following provinces are once again declaring the month of July as “Automotive Heritage Month”: Newfoundland and Labrador, Prince Edward Island, and Saskatchewan.  Held concurrently, the provinces are also celebrating “Collector Car Appreciation Day” on July 12, 2024.  This special occasion is held every summer across Canada to bring focus to the country’s rich automotive heritage.

Based on forging valuable relationships with government officials, NAACC executives and provincial directors annually receive official declarations from provinces.  Throughout this festive time, provincial and local automobile clubs across the country plan and promote a wide range of activities and celebrations – where many of the events raise funds for charitable organizations.
