Overview: Louisiana has introduced a SAN-supported bill (H.B. 515) to ensure consumers' choice of vehicle power plants and fuel by preventing a state agency from limiting access to internal combustion engines.
The SAN believes Louisiana’s residents, not the government, should decide what vehicles are best for them and their families. Having passed both chambers of the legislature, the bill now awaits final approval or veto by Governor Jeff Landry.
