Overview: Kentucky Lawmakers advanced SAN-supported legislation (S.B. 215) to prohibit the state from adopting California’s motor vehicle emission standards, which bans the sale of new gas- and diesel-powered vehicles by 2035.
The SAN believes Kentuckians, not the government, should decide what vehicles are best for them and their families. S.B. 215 will be heard on the House floor Monday (3/25) at 4 pm.
