Idaho Introduces Single Plate Bill

Overview: Idaho has introduced SAN-supported legislation (H. 688) to allow the display of only a single, rear-mounted license plate for passenger vehicles not equipped with a front mounting bracket. The bill also applies to personalized plates. Current law only permits the display of a single rear-mounted plate for vehicles registered as a Classic, Old Timer or Street Rod. The bill awaits consideration in the House Transportation & Defense Committee.
