Arizona Fails to Pass Bill to Legalize Cruising

Arizona failed to pass a SAN-supported bill (H.B. 2332) to allow automobile cruising activities to return statewide. Currently, local authorities are authorized to pass ordinances that regulate or prohibit cruising. This effort follows similar legislation approved in California last year.  The bill passed the full House, but the Senate Committee on Transportation, Technology and Missing Children failed to advance the bill.
