Georgia – Act Now: Lawmakers Advance Bill to Clarify Suspension Laws
Georgia lawmakers have advanced a SAN-supported bill to revamp the state’s suspension modification laws. If enacted, this bill would remove the ambiguous 2-inch limit with a clear frame height standard. This aims to bring clarity, fairness, and broader product options for Georgia's off-road community and the automotive industry.
The Georgia House of Representatives passed the bill, which will now go back to the Senate to agree with the amendments made in the House.
