UPDATE: South Dakota Historic Vehicle Bill Passes House and Senate; Sent to Governor

Overview: Legislation (H.B. 1117) amends the law for Historic vehicles to allow for a single plate for certain vehicle model years. Under current law, a “historic car” is a motor vehicle more than thirty-year-old and is not used for daily transportation The bill has passed the House and Senate and will be sent to the Governor for signature.
