Massachusetts Bill to Exempt Vehicles 75 Years or Older from Annual Safety Inspection Scheduled for Hearing

Overview: Legislation (H.3140) has been introduced in the Massachusetts State Legislature to exempt older antique vehicles from the state’s annual safety inspection requirement. The bill is scheduled for a hearing in the Joint Committee on Transportation on September 17th.
