Overview: Legislation (S.B. 498) creates a two-year pilot program allowing all-terrain or recreational vehicles in Cabwaylingo State Forest. Under current law, there is not all-terrain or recreational vehicle access in this state forest.  The bill is currently in the Senate Committee on Natural Resources.
